April is not just the beginning of Spring but also marks the start of construction season. With more people traveling and construction projects getting started, it’s crucial to raise awareness about safety initiatives while traveling through job sites.

To ensure a safe experience for everyone, AMI joined hands with the National Asphalt Paving Association (NAPA) and their Watch for Us campaign. Additionally, The American Traffic Safety Services Association sponsored Work Zone Awareness Week.

Work zones usually have a sizable presence of THG, HC+M, and AMI workers throughout the year, making it even more essential to maintain proper awareness.

April has been an excellent reminder to keep your eyes open, slow down in work zones, and avoid distractions while driving to keep everyone safe. Even though the safety spotlight shines brightly in April, let’s pledge to maintain the same vigilance throughout the year.

AMI was proud to be a part of the Work Zone Awareness Week and watching our team come together to spread awareness on Go Orange Day, which holds a special place for the families of work zone victims.

We stand together for safety and urge everyone to do their part to keep our people safe!
