Heritage Construction and Materials (HC+M) is celebrating Women in Construction Week to recognize the vital role women have in the construction industry. The event runs from March 5th to March 11th as part of efforts to boost female representation in construction. (1)

We asked our engineers their favorite part of their career, when they realized they wanted to be in this field, what made them feel accomplished, and to describe themselves in one word. This week, Thursday, August 25, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. EDT Women of Asphalt is hosting its very first August virtual wine mixer.
One of the organization’s goals is to give more women in the asphalt industry a place to feel connected, supported, and provide networking opportunities within the industry as they grow their careers.
