In what ways is your team working well collaboratively?

By being part of a whole separately, each plant “team” has to function independently of the other facilities and corporate, while maintaining a working relationship with our sister plants and corporate, it is a balance to be collaborative when so remote.

What was your greatest accomplishment at work that you’re proud of?

I honestly don’t know how to answer this question most of what is accomplished takes all members at any given plant to happen, this year, and this was a team effort, getting certified in trackless tack with the state of Ohio while dealing with a tank failure and the covid-19 pandemic.

Prepping the plant for full volume trackless tac production and successfully making and selling 1 million gallons of trackless tack.
