AMIGUARD™ Rapid Penetrating Emulsion Rejuvenator (RPE‑R) is a spray‑on asphalt rejuvenator designed to offset early‑life aging of asphalt pavement and reduce permeability.
By delivering rejuvenating agents directly into the upper pavement layer, where aging is most severe, RPE‑R chemically and rheologically restores critical properties of existing asphalt binder.

How RPE-R Works
RPE‑R is engineered with a specialized chemical package that reduces surface tension, allowing it to quickly penetrate the surface of the pavement and work into the interconnected void structure to deliver bio‑based rejuvenating agents.
Because the material moves below the surface rather than forming a surface film, pavement dries quickly, typically within 30–60 minutes under normal conditions.
Roads reopen quicker with minimal disruption, existing pavement markings remain visible and impacts to macrotexture are minimized.
