Focused on eFlex® Highly Modified Micro Surfacing asphalt emulsion, he will provide customers expert guidance on pavement preservation, offer regional market insights and provide hands-on field support.
One of his proudest career accomplishments led to the introduction of micro surfacing in the Puerto Rican market through his expert guidance and strong partner relationships. Today, his focus remains on providing clients with proven solutions that enhance road durability, safety and efficiency.
