What do you hope to accomplish over the coming year?
To maintain the teamwork, continue to develop and guide the team members that want to move up in the company someday and continue to improve the Oregon facility
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
I would have to say the best advice to date came from Mike Capuano. As a manager I can see what the result will be and sometimes I can get overwhelmed by the process. He said to take it “One tank at a time”, which is a great reminder to slow down, enjoy the process, think it through and make small accomplishments daily towards the goal at hand.
What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
Spending as much time with my family as possible, enjoying a walk at a park, watching our 6yo daughter play soccer, enjoying the pool with family and friends
What’s one hobby you’d love to get into or that you currently do?
Would love to pick up a Banjo again and start practicing, spent a few years playing but just became busy with family. I am a firearms instructor, when I get time, and I would love to get more time in the classroom teaching as I only get about 1 class per month currently.
What’s your favorite sport to watch and which team do you root for?
College football. My favorite teams, in order, are THE Ohio State Buckeyes, Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Penn State.
